Prior to that he occupied different sales and engineering positions with Transmarco H. Warte, Panasonic, and Techmen Communications. He also has a degree in Electronics and Communications.

Digigram managing director Philippe Delacroix is pleased to welcome Joe on board. "Joe has already proven himself capable of handling both project engineering and sales responsibilities in the broadcast market, and he speaks four different native languages in addition to having an excellent command of English. I am sure that Joe will be a great asset to our team."

Joe himself is also looking forward to the challenge. "Digigram is one of the most innovative and forward-thinking companies in the broadcast market, so I'm delighted to have the opportunity to work with them and increase their market penetration within the Asia/Pacific region. We are entering a particularly important phase from a strategic point of view as Beijing gears up for the 2008 Olympics, so it's important to be a part of the process from the beginning.
