This year’s Showcase will see a raft of new products and solutions from NEC
UK - NEC Display Solutions will open the doors of Victoria House, Holborn on 17-18 May to present fully-integrated, readily-deployable display solutions in collaboration with over 35 partners at the NEC Solutions Showcase 2017.
Addressing the needs of specific markets, the NEC Showcase presents the power of collaboration and partnership to perfectly meet the needs of its customers.
The Corporate Zone sees the trend towards multi-usage workspaces with huddle rooms, cloud-based working and live collaboration alongside solutions for employee outreach and motivation.
The Education Zone focuses on higher education with solutions for student-centred collaborative learning in the classroom and in the lecture theatre, alongside campus-wide IPTV signage and security.
Moving to the Transport Zone the emphasis is on innovative passenger communications at the airport, on the underground and at the bus stop, delivering entertainment and information to reduce passenger anxiety.
The centrepiece is the Command & Control Zone with an exceptional 36 screen video wall alongside LED, touch and new curved desktop displays for a truly commanding visual experience.
The Retail Zone includes four retail stores demonstrating innovative ways to engage the shopper with captivating interactive solutions supporting omni-channel campaigns.
This year’s Showcase will see a raft of new products and solutions from NEC with its Open Modular Intelligence platform featuring widely across many vertical sector zones in new V and P Series LFDs powered with embedded Raspberry Pi compute modules.
The new C Series large format displays will be seen for the first time in the UK, satisfying the need for reliable professional operation yet without unnecessary features for mainstream applications where low cost is a high priority. NEC’s new InfinityBoard presents a powerful, scalable, custom-fit workspace “to fit every meeting scenario”. New desktops including ultra-narrow displays suitable for multi-monitor set-ups either on the desk or equally effective for video wall installations will be on show alongside the new curved desktop display.
