The Netherlands - Digital Projection will unveil two new products at the 2018 edition of ISE (Amsterdam RAI, 6-9 February 2018, stand 1-F70), where the company will proudly celebrate 10 years at the show. The British manufacturer will preview the world’s first 8K laser projector: the INSIGHT Dual Laser 8K. Harnessing its considerable experience in visual solutions, the company will launch the Radiance LED video wall - expanding its offering beyond projection to offer more resolution, pixels and possibilities.
The INSIGHT Dual Laser 8K provides an ultra-high 8K resolution (7680 X 4320) of 33-million pixels through 25,000 ANSI lumens of solid-state laser-phosphor illumination. It uses proven DLP technology incorporating 3x 1.38" DarkChip DMD chips and Digital Projection’s ColorMax technology to ensure colour accuracy and black levels. These are especially vital imaging characteristics when matching projectors in tiled or blended applications.
The INSIGHT Dual Laser 8K will be on stand alongside Digital Projection’s full spectrum of award-winning solid-state projectors from 1-Chip to 3-Chip DLP and with resolutions ranging from WUXGA up to 8K, including Digital Projection’s E-Vision Laser and HIGHlite Laser products.
Chris Axford, international sales & marketing director from Digital Projection, comments: “We’re excited to be celebrating a decade of presence at ISE with two fantastic new product launches to enhance and expand our already successful range. The INSIGHT Dual Laser 8K demonstrates our continued commitment to innovation in the solid-state laser projection space – setting an industry standard once again, while the Radiance LED video wall solution uses our expertise in display solutions and channels it into new technologies. We welcome current and new customers along to see these innovative additions for themselves at what is set to be our biggest and best ISE yet.”
