Yamaha Music Europe-UK is looking to employ a field based technical sales professional to cover the North of the UK, with the ability to discuss, present, train and demonstrate UC and CIS products and their applications.

As a Technical Sales Representative your role will be to ensure that the UC and CIS products are fully understood by Yamaha staff, our dealers and end users and drive UC & CIS business in key areas of the market and achieve sales budgets. Working alongside the Sales Representative you will develop existing and new commercial relationships with dealers; in order to maximise sales and promote growth.

Your duties:
Assist Pro AV application engineers with technical support of wireless microphone and Commercial install products
Prepare and deliver technical presentations explaining products and services to customers and prospective customers
Provide product/sales trainings to dealers and end-users Work with customers and engineers to assess equipment needs and to determine system requirements
Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements and provide sales support
Suggest and plan modifications for products to meet customer needs
Help clients solve technical queries with installed equipment
Assist key industry consultants with system designs to drive UC/CIS product specification
Represent Yamaha UC/CIS at UK and Pan Euro trade events Your profile:

To be considered for this role you must have either:
A deep understanding in audio technologies used in the professional / Commercial audio installation , along with strong commercial experience
Be someone who is seeking to develop a career that to date has been predominantly technical, but can now also develop a commercial awareness of products, USP and product placement in the Marketplace
You must be able to communicate effectively at all levels in a confident and knowledgeable manner whilst being able to deliver training and business strategies
A relevant Degree is desirable
