Based near to the Spa Town of Royal Tunbridge Wells in Kent, Limelite Lighting delivers dry and wet hire services for the BBC, ITV, Netflix, commercials, events, regional and West End theatres.


Due to increased production levels, the company is offering opportunities for experienced and trainee technicians to join their team. The successful applicants will be based at Limelite Lighting’s twin sites in rural Goudhurst.


There are three senior roles up for grabs with a competitive salaries and benefits. They are Head of Department for TV Rigging and Grip; Head of Department for Moving Lights and Controls; Head of Department for Mains and Power Distribution. These three positions offer savvy techs the opportunity to run their own department with precision and efficiency, while managing a small team and exercising superb customer service.


The company also has vacant two Prep Technician roles for two separate departments – TV Rigging and Grip, and Mains and Power Distribution. These positions are suited to either proficient technicians, electricians, or someone who is passionate about embarking on a career in technical production. The successful candidates will work in one of the UK’s busiest lighting houses for the broadcast and entertainment industry. Therefore, they will have the opportunity to rapidly develop their skillset.

At trainee level, candidates will learn from the best and get to know the crux of working within the entertainment industry. While more experienced technicians will have the chance to put their own ideas and strategies into practise.
