USA - Three long-established acts – Toto, Men at Work, and Christopher Cross – joined forces for a summer 2025 North American tour that featured a lighting production designed by Greg Classen and powered by Bandit Lites.
With stops across the continent in cities such as West Palm Beach, Nashville, Las Vegas, and Atlantic City, the tour ‘blends musical nostalgia with forward-thinking production values’.
At the helm of the show’s bold visual identity was Greg Classen. Backed by Bandit Lites' deep inventory, seasoned crew, and detailed preparation process, Classen’s lighting design transformed the tour into ‘a cohesive and visually stunning production’.
“When I bring Bandit Lites in on a show, I feel confident that from initial drawings and renderings to the finished product being loaded onto the truck, full attention will be paid,” shared Classen. “The prep is detailed and complete. They are willing to work with me on most ideas I come up with and have a solution to every problem I give them. Also, every crew I have worked with has been top notch, well trained, and easy to work with.
“The gear and truck pack have been thought out to facilitate a fast in and out daily with little fuss,” said Classen. “That level of planning is what keeps the show running smoothly and on time.”
A key collaborator behind the scenes was Bandit Lites' Diz, who has worked closely with Classen across multiple tours. “I have worked with Diz on quite a few tours now. He always has a suggestion or idea to help facilitate any particular effect I might be looking for. He's also honest if what I want is too far out, or too costly in time and money to be reasonable,” Classen added.
