All European customers (excluding Scandinavia, where Bright Norway is the point of contact) should contact the company’s Wolfgang Kunwald to request repair services. BDL KG is also the point of contact and organises handling and logistics. Repair and maintenance will be provided by BDL KG’s partner IBT Theatres and Broadcast Technology GmbH.
