DPA campaign aims to aid return to live performance

Europe - DPA Microphones is celebrating the return of live events with the launch of its We Love Live campaign. Alongside this, the company has launched Sharing is Caring, a social media competition with DPA gear up for grabs.
“It’s been a tough couple of years for the live industry, so we want to show them our support,” comments Anne Berggrein, vice-president of marketing at DPA Microphones. “The We Love Live campaign is our way of celebrating the return of the live event industry. We want to keep celebrating the return of live concerts and events, so we are looking into other opportunities that will enable us give back even more to the live industry, which is at the heart of DPA.”
Those who wish to enter need to tag a friend in the comments section on the competition announcement posts published on DPA’s Facebook and Instagram profiles, by 8 April. Two lucky pairs will be chosen - one from Facebook and one from Instagram. Both the entrant and their tagged friend will win DPA gear of their choice, worth up to €750 each.
Only one friend can be tagged per comment, but the more friends you tag, the more entries you receive, so sharing is key, says DPA. Winners will be chosen by a random draw and announced on each platform after the contest closes on 8 April. Once announced, winners can customise their mic selection to meet specific needs - such as vocal or instrument mics.
