The MAC Encore Performance is a full-featured, LED moving head
UK - Full technical service provider Hawthorn has added the new Martin MAC Encore Performance to its inventory.
Launched earlier this month, the MAC Encore Performance is a full-featured, LED moving head that promises to deliver levels of light quality and consistent operation never seen before in an LED-based stage lighting unit. Available in two dedicated colour temperature variants: WRM for unparalleled, 3000 K warm incandescent emulation and CLD for crisp, 6000 K neutral daylight, Hawthorn have added both to their hire stock.
David Slater, Hawthorn’s group director of hire, said: “We’ve been waiting a long time for a fixture that delivers ultimate light quality whilst also being incredibly silent. When we were first introduced to the Encore Performance, we knew we’d found exactly what we’d been looking for. We’ve shown them to a number of designers and when they saw them, they were as equally impressed and of course wanted them for their latest project.”
The purchase of the Encore Performance increases the already large range of Martin lighting stocked by Hawthorn. This includes the MAC Aura XB, MAC Quantum Profile, MAC Viper Performance, Spot and Wash.
“We have a long relationship with Martin and already stock a wide range of their fixtures. Martin have always been at the forefront of automated lighting technology and have a strong a reputation for professional and reliable products,” comments Slater. “By investing in the new Encore Performance, we’ve added another unique and exciting product into our fleet, providing our clients with the right tools to achieve their creative vision.”
Helen Badger, marketing director EMEA, Harman Professional Solutions, said: “Hawthorn has been a long-time partner of Harman Professional Solutions and Martin. We are delighted to work with them on their latest project and for them to support the launch of the new Mac Encore Performance. This is a great product for the spaces they work in and we look forward to getting further reviews as it goes on its tour around the country.”
