ISCEx 2018 will take place on 6-7 March 2018 at the Coombe Abbey Hotel and Country Park
UK - The Institute of Sound and Communications Engineers (ISCE) has confirmed dates for ISCEx 2018, its seminar and exhibition event. Taking place on 6-7 March 2018 at the Coombe Abbey Hotel and Country Park in Warwickshire, ISCEx 2018 includes a pre-event networking dinner, seminar programme and exhibition event, open to members and non-members.
Ros Wigmore, manager for ISCE comments: “ISCEx proved to be a very successful and enjoyable event earlier this year, starting with a pre-event reception and dinner, followed by an excellent programme of seminars attracting the largest audiences we have experienced and culminating in a packed exhibition room throughout the day.
“We aim to build on the success of this year’s seminar programme which included three excellent and engaging presentations, including a seminar by Dr Gillian Rollason from Action On Hearing Loss, discussing the merits of zonal multi-volume audio solutions in hospitality/restaurant applications, to assist those living with hearing impairments”, continues Wigmore.
“We reached exhibitor capacity for the exhibition room this year but wanted to remain at Coombe Abbey for ISCEx 2018 as it provides an amazing backdrop and environment. Exhibition space for ISCEx 2018 will be available on a first come-first served basis”, said Phil Price, president for ISCE.
“Visitor attendance by ISCE members and non-ISCE members alike was its highest which I think this is because at ISCEx, visitors get an opportunity to discuss opportunities and technical matters with manufacturers and distributors in a very friendly and informal environment, and it just works really well,” adds Price.
“My advice to anyone working within the audio industry is to put the dates for ISCEx 2018 in your diary now”, concludes Wigmore.
