USA/Germany - PK Sound has activated German event technology specialist publitec as its newest certified sales partner. Under the agreement, the Dortmund-based firm will exclusively represent the entire portfolio of PK Sound’s robotic line source solutions and complementary technologies throughout Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.
“We were extremely impressed with PK Sound’s demonstration at Integrated Systems Europe this year, and so was everyone else I spoke with about it,” says publitec business development manager Klaus Vennemann. “Not only are these incredible-sounding loudspeakers, but we were particularly excited by the patented Multi-Axis Robotics technology. This degree of soundfield control is unlike anything we’ve ever seen in the industry and will notably improve the audio experience for our customers’ venues and events.”
Last year, publitec significantly expanded its audiovisual technology portfolio with the addition of several new categories. The partnership with PK Sound is an extension of this growth and sees publitec adding the company’s robotic line source elements, intelligent point source loudspeakers, high-powered subwoofers, and control technology to its offerings of industry-leading solutions.
PK Sound technology is deployed by many international venues and events, including global Electric Daisy Carnival festivals and the official touring production of the Broadway hit Hamilton: An American Musical.
