Europe - Trussing, staging and hoists manufacturer Prolyte has been acquired by Area Four Industries.
The news of the acquisition comes shortly after Prolyte filed for bankruptcy. Prolyte will retain its brand identity but will undergo a management, production and strategic reorganisation.

USA - With just less than a month to go until LDI 2019, organisers have announced they expect record attendance and participation in this year’s events.
