Chauvet DJ lines up ‘firsts’ at DJ Expo

Alaso, Chauvet DJ will be introducing the newest member of its popular Intimidator series, the Intimidator Beam 355 IRC, a 100W LED moving beam. On top of that, there will be product giveaways, an informative Jeremy Brech seminar and show floor deals from iDJNow.
Highlighting the product introductions at DJ Expo will be the Vivid 4, a modular video panel that vividly displays content without the need for bulky media servers. Users can create dazzling video displays with these lightweight video panels that feature black body LEDs that accurately reproduce high-contrast videos, says the company. Vivid 4 seamlessly integrates with Serato for displaying music videos to generate added gig excitement.
Also debuting is the Vivid Drive 23N, a video driver with numerous input/output options for any Novastar video panel. Its built-in video scaler allows video content to be resized quickly and easily.
Along with the Vivid 4, the latest Intimidator moving fixture will also be turning heads at DJ Expo. The Intimidator Beam 355 IRC is a powerful and feature-rich moving head beam fitted with a 100W LED. Complex looks are easy to generate using the fixed gobo wheel that includes a unique animation effect for additional dramatic looks.

Chauvet DJ is sponsoring Lighting to Energize Events and Profits with Jeremy Brech. In this seminar Brech, event producer and owner of DJ Jer Lighting and Events, will share powerful lighting techniques and tools, including a SoundSwitch demo to add new dimensions of ambience, excitement and design energy to events. The seminar takes place on Tuesday, 15 August 15 at 10:00 am in Room 303.
