At the PLASA show in September, an agreement was reached between Stage Accompany and Aquarius Sound, which will see the latter distributing SA products in the Irish market. Aquarius' Phil Connolly and son Niall run a well-respected company, which has been active in the pro-audio market for many years. After hearing an SA Ribbon-loaded system in the 3000-capacity Powerzone discotheque in Amsterdam, and a number of clubs in Cyprus, Phil and Niall decided it would fulfil a demand from clients for something more 'upscale'.Tom Back of Stage Accompany told us: "With some truly benchmark-setting products in the pipe-line, we have great expectations for SA. We're very happy to have an experienced and knowledgeable team like Aquarius representing our products in Ireland."
