The PLASA Focus Leeds app is available for download now

UK - For the first time, PLASA Focus Leeds has launched an official mobile app, now available to download on both Apple and Android devices. Introduced following the success of the PLASA Show London app in 2024, which saw strong uptake among visitors, the new app is designed to maximise engagement and efficiency at the 2025 show.

Taking place at the Royal Armouries, Leeds on 13–14 May 2025, the event will once again welcome thousands of professionals working across live events, AV, lighting, audio, rigging, staging and more. The PLASA Focus Leeds app serves as a comprehensive, digital companion for navigating the show, enabling you to:

 - Access and print visitor badges directly from the app

 - Browse a full exhibitor and product list in advance

 - View the detailed seminar and workshop schedule

 - Use the interactive floor plan to locate stands and features

 - Schedule appointments with exhibitors

 - Receive push notifications with real-time updates

Exhibitors also benefit from increased visibility and streamlined engagement through enhanced exhibitor listings showcasing products and services, appointment scheduling tools to connect directly with visitors, in-app advertising and sponsorship opportunities, and real-time updates via a user-friendly Exhibitor Hub.

The PLASA Focus Leeds app is available now from the Apple App Store and Google Play. Download it here: https://buff.ly/2I5lFh3

PLASA Focus Leeds features a packed programme of free-to-attend seminars, hands-on demos, and training opportunities. The 2025 edition shines a spotlight on an array of key themes, such as audio, sustainability, the next generation, and artificial intelligence - offering insights and inspiration for professionals across the live entertainment technology sector.

Audio takes centre stage with sessions from Robb Allan, Funktion-One, d&b audiotechnik, and Joyned, alongside a thought-provoking panel on the evolving role of technical crew.

On the sustainability front, Royal Ballet and Opera, Robe, Funktion-One, and Pearce Hire will present practical strategies for greener working across the supply chain.

The programme also champions future talent, with content tailored for students and young professionals from organisations including The Power of Events, Production Futures, Soulsound, and universities. AI in live events will also be explored through two sessions, including a myth-busting talk by Dr Sacha Krstulović.

Visitors can also enjoy live audio demos from KV2, Crest Audio and SOWA, free ChamSys lighting training, and take time out in the Wellbeing Hub - a quiet space offering mindful activities and support from a trained host.

With sessions covering lighting, business, freelance life, and more, PLASA Focus Leeds 2025 promises its most diverse programme to date. See what’s on and register free at https://register.visitcloud.com/survey/1kfqk8cityzm8?actioncode=EM13
