The main dining room can function as two independent areas or as a single space
UK - Audiologic has announced completion of a project with Taunton School, working with Practical Audio Visual on a design and installation project for the education facility including a sound reinforcement system.
The audio-visual integration company, Practical AV, have been in charge of the project design for the main dining room, consisting of two rooms that can function as independent areas or as a single space.
The team was led by Owen Finney, alongside Audiologic’s application support team. Together, they designed and specified a sound system centralising around an Ecler MIMO processor, with Ecler loudspeakers and amplification, as well as Shure wireless microphone systems.
Owen Finney comments: “Audiologic is our exclusive distributor for audio products with a particular focus on the high-end market. The Ecler and Shure products used were a perfect fit for Taunton School in terms of both performance and aesthetics. The newbuild dining halls at Taunton School offered the perfect opportunity for a brand new, designed from scratch, high specification AV system.
“Practical AV have been working with Audiologic for many years. They are able to provide design, implementation and on-site support, which we find unparalleled in quality.”
Anna Shahin, application support engineer, concludes: “It is always a pleasure to work with Practical AV and the Taunton School project was no different. At Audiologic, we pride ourselves on designing and specifying the best equipment for the job and the system for Taunton School was no different. We hope the students enjoy the benefits for many years to come.”
