UK - Brown Box AV wholesaler has just announced the launch of Audeon, the first fully legal, wireless entertainment system for health clubs and gyms. Wireless entertainment systems for use by gym users has long been on the wish list of operators. The benefits of not having to build platforms for music system ducting in cardiovascular areas and the user friendly build of the product make Audeon one of the most innovative systems for music within clubs.

Audeon is the only product currently on the UK and European markets that can transmit sixteen audio and music stations within the narrow, legal transmission bands of 863-865 MHZ, on a wireless system to a very high quality, offering operators something for every members. Audeon also features a revolutionary headphone system. Where current systems have headphone wires that can be time consuming and need tools to replace, Audeon offers a wire replacement system that takes the average instructor just seconds, and has very low cost parts. As headphone wire problems are amongst the commonest causes of complaints from operators, Audeon's new system means that no headset should be out of service due to headphone lead problems, keeping members happy for longer.

Audeon works within a 150m range of the transmitter and weighs an unobtrusive 200g. It connects easily onto any piece of equipment and has flexible recharging facilities, either through a C-socket on the equipment or through a remote recharging station. Audeon features a strong and sweat-proof box with superior build quality and virtually all the components in the box are replaceable, ensuring that it is highly cost-effective and unlikely to require expensive servicing.
