TMB will exhibit in Hall 12, stand E47
Germany - TMB will reveal details of its new distribution centre in Riga, Latvia and introduce a selection of new products at Prolight+Sound in Frankfurt.
“We have opened a TMB location in Europe in direct response to the expanded demand for TMB products throughout the region,” says Tim Obermann, TMB Europe’s sales manager. “The solid reputation of TMB brands, along with TMB’s constant innovation and recognition of the needs of our customers, makes for an exciting future. Our goal is to make TMB’s products and services easily accessible to all our customers and friends around the world.”
Premiering at the show will be TMB’s new ProPlex BuckBoost Drive System. This system’s patent-pending technology completely overcomes the cable length challenges of low voltage LED lighting, especially LED “neons” and tapes. It allows centralized and remote (up to 150m) location of drives, mains power and PSU’s. The proprietary BuckBoost drive signal is carried over a small cable, sized equivalent to a mic cable, from a remote BoostBox to a small inconspicuous BuckBox located adjacent to the fixture.
New to TMB’s Solaris range of professional lighting fixtures is UrbanLux, a comprehensive line of precision outdoor architectural LED fixtures combining the most recent developments in LEDs with world-famous Flare Q+ drive technology. A sneak peak of the new ‘Light for Everywhere’ will be on display in Frankfurt.
A new addition to the ProPlex range of high-performance digital devices is the Simple GBS (SGBS) line of networking-made-easy Ethernet switches. The increased networking of equipment of all kinds in the entertainment production industry has resulted in a growing need for durable, powerful, yet very simple to configure Gigabit Switches. ProPlex SGBS Switches were developed to fill this need. These new versions of TMB’s popular GBS Ethernet switch are intended for professional, portable use and are available in PoE or non-PoE versions, with a range of touring connector options.
Also showing for the first time at PL&S is the Solaris Q+ Flare HALF LR, a down-sized version of the world-famous Flare LR Linear fixture. Developed at the request of several leading LDs, this new fixture has the market-leading dimming, colours, smoothness, control features including colour and brightness calibration, and flicker-free performance of the Flare LR, at precisely half the length.
TMB will exhibit in Hall 12, stand E47, along with its design and manufacturing partner, Company NA.
