Ireland - Dublin's Old Jameson Distillery offers a warm welcome to the hundreds of visitors per day who pour through the doors for its tour of the Irish whisky making process. UK - Digital Insanity have recently taken their Hippotizers to the European movie premiere of the new Godzilla. Directed by Gareth Edwards, as his second feature film after Monsters, this version of the Japanese classic has been much anticipated by movie lovers worldwide.

The premiere took place in London's Leicester Square on 11 May 2014 and saw the red carpet rolled out in front of the Odeon Theatre, just days prior to the film's official release.

Digital Insanity mapped the eight huge LED screens, all supplied, rigged and spread across one side of Leicester Square by rental company VER. Each screen had one of the letters G.O.D.Z.I.L.L.A. masked onto the front which created an impressive light box effect and they were programmed with lighting chases and effects including footage from the movie in question.

UK - XL Video supplied creative video projection and control to the Shangri La area at the 2014 Glastonbury Festival, helping to give this popular immersive, interactive fictional world a real edge.

XL's Nick Diacre project managed two specialist video installations working for technical producers PF Events and their technical production manager Seain Loughlin, who received their brief from Shangri La's creative director Debs Armstrong.

The main projection feature in Shangri La was in the Heaven area, involving eight Barco R22 projectors, run as four doubled up pairs for optimised brightness and mapped to cover a 44m long wooden art-wall structure composed from a myriad of hand-cut tessellated triangles.

The work was created by Andy Cross from AN-Architecture.

This impressive sculpture represented the cloud of Heaven and was brought alive by the projections which added mov

UK - Four Ai Media S8 Infinity servers provided the cutting edge video mapping technology and 16 HD DVI outputs that powered the ethereal visuals behind Coldplay's much anticipated Royal Albert Hall (RAH) gig in London.

The RAH shows closed what was a short, six date, low key tour that supported their album Ghost Stories. Video director Ben Miles of Mixed Emotions, London, who has been with the band throughout, projected an evocative mix of live and pre-recorded content across the hall's 86 iconic ceiling mounted acoustic diffusion discs - known more fondly as the 'mushrooms'.

"I pushed for the Royal Albert Hall show to be particularly 'special', a stand-out performance from the rest of the tour," states Miles. "For this performance we wanted to combine the intimate setting we had created for the rest of the tour with something very visual and exciting.&q

UK - Chaos Visual Productions provided the essential backdrop to Kasabian's homecoming gig at Leicester's Victoria Park last month. In a specially constructed festival arena that accommodated approximately a 50,000 strong audience, Kasabian opted for a massive white 9mm WinVision screen of 235sq.m from Chaos as the central vehicle for their show.

With the rest of the stage dressed in soft white - along with the crew in their white boiler suits - the screen provided the focal point for the dynamic and energetic creative content that reflected the artistic concept of their 48:13 album.

As all the previous artists had performed on a plain black stage throughout the afternoon, the unfurling of the white drapery and the start of the numerical countdown in vibrant pink was a perfect example of how to deliver colour juxtaposition to maximum effect.

UK - The European leg of Arcade Fire's Reflektor tour came to an emotional end at this year's British Summertime Festival, held in London's Hyde Park. Audiences danced to the band's rhythmic indie-rock, superbly magnified by lighting designer Chris Bushell's impressive light show programmed and controlled using an Avolites Sapphire Touch.

Bushell's stage lighting worked seamlessly with the multi faceted set, devised by set designer Richard Stembride, and the on-stage video content. Combined, these factors brilliantly echoed the bombastic mood of the band's art-house electronica with the mass enthusiasm of the crowd.

Nevertheless this show has been no easy ride for the creative team, which has seen them deliver a complex show design capable of fitting into every kind of venue from big US sheds, to European arenas and weekend music festivals, often with limited time and not alwa
