The event was project managed on site for XL by Bill Hughes and for Outlook by their head of events, Iain Liddiard. It was designed by Outlook and attended by around 750 of the client's top executives and sales teams within the EMEA & Canada region.

The gala dinner took place on the first night in the hotel's Congress Centre and the room then had to be transformed into the main plenary and conference session for the following day.

This interactive exhibit currently touring major agricultural shows across the nation, is focused on demonstrating how Tesco works with suppliers and farmers on a local and national level. The stand aims to help the public to understand more about where their food comes from and demonstrate the high quality of the products. The premiere took place in London's Leicester Square on 11 May 2014 and saw the red carpet rolled out in front of the Odeon Theatre, just days prior to the film's official release.

Digital Insanity mapped the eight huge LED screens, all supplied, rigged and spread across one side of Leicester Square by rental company VER. Each screen had one of the letters G.O.D.Z.I.L.L.A. masked onto the front which created an impressive light box effect and they were programmed with lighting chases and effects including footage from the movie in question.

XL's Nick Diacre project managed two specialist video installations working for technical producers PF Events and their technical production manager Seain Loughlin, who received their brief from Shangri La's creative director Debs Armstrong.

The main projection feature in Shangri La was in the Heaven area, involving eight Barco R22 projectors, run as four doubled up pairs for optimised brightness and mapped to cover a 44m long wooden art-wall structure composed from a myriad of hand-cut tessellated triangles.

The RAH shows closed what was a short, six date, low key tour that supported their album Ghost Stories. Video director Ben Miles of Mixed Emotions, London, who has been with the band throughout, projected an evocative mix of live and pre-recorded content across the hall's 86 iconic ceiling mounted acoustic diffusion discs - known more fondly as the 'mushrooms'.

With the rest of the stage dressed in soft white - along with the crew in their white boiler suits - the screen provided the focal point for the dynamic and energetic creative content that reflected the artistic concept of their 48:13 album.

As all the previous artists had performed on a plain black stage throughout the afternoon, the unfurling of the white drapery and the start of the numerical countdown in vibrant pink was a perfect example of how to deliver colour juxtaposition to maximum effect.

Eight projection screens measuring 6.5m each and 130 flat panel displays were installed in the auditorium, green room and off-stage areas, to ensure waiting contestants and the audience didn't miss a single note or vote from the show.

Audio-visual solution specialists, AV Center, were given the task of creating the innovative display set-up for the event, won this year by Conchita Wurst.

Creative Technology (CT) provided the video equipment to complement Blue's visual directing for the 12 date European leg of Pearl Jam's international tour.
