UK - Audiences at conferences and film screenings in the British Library will now enjoy powerful digital images, delivered by a new Panasonic projector installed in the Library's 255-seat Conference Centre auditorium.

Supplied and installed by AV integrator Saville Audio Visual, the three-chip DLP PT-DZ21K projector has significantly upgraded the venue's projection facilities, with 20,000 lumens of brightness and a 10,000:1 contrast ratio. Partnered with a 24ft wide adjustable, multi-format projection screen, the solution provides a state-of-the-art presentation facility in central London.

PLASA London: unmissable audio content for 2013

UK - PLASA Events has revealed the first details of AudioLab 2013, the hotly anticipated new attraction that will see the creation of a new pro audio arena, theatre and interactive lab.

Taking place at ExCeL London for the first time at PLASA London from 6-9 October 2013, the AudioLab Arena is a purpose-built space for large-format loudspeaker demonstrations, shoot-outs of club sound and PA systems, and private exclusive demo rooms.

The new AudioLab Theatre is an audio school with three expert classes; Live Sound, Installed Sound and The Sound Business.
