Glastonbury Festival's Michael Eavis is set to host an open forum Q&A at Batmink's forthcoming training week.
UK - Glastonbury Festival impresario Michael Eavis will be helping UK trade distributor Batmink Ltd celebrate its 30th Anniversary by holding an open forum Q & A session during Batmink's forthcoming week of free professional workshops and training (18-23 March)

These workshops are designed to provide useful 'hands on' experience and core skills and will be presented by some of the industry's foremost companies, says Batmink.

During the week, representatives from manufacturers such as Pioneer, Martin Audio, Cloud, Le Maitre, Shure, Audio Technica and Sennheiser will be conducting presentations on subjects including pyrotechnics, production and installed sound and lighting, signal processing, wireless regulations and providing certified training on Zero 88 lighting desks.

The Batmink team will be supplementing this with daily workshops covering subjects such as an introduction to DMX, the future of digital DJing, effective speaker management and the latest outdoor LED technology.

Batmink's sister company, Themes Incorporated, is one of the UK's leading event equipment suppliers and will be on hand to provide information regarding theming an event, transforming a venue with draping and dressing and the secrets of effective event lighting.

The programme aims to offer meaningful, valuable information to all who attend. These events will be occurring between Monday 18th and Saturday 23rd March at their premises in Glastonbury, Somerset, are completely free of charge and are open to anyone within the industry.

To register your interest or find out more about the full programme of events ring Batmink Distribution on 01458 833186 or email info@batmink.co.uk
