AC-ET will highlight a selection of new theatrical solutions
UK - At ABTT 2011, A.C. Entertainment Technologies (AC-ET) will highlight a selection of new theatrical solutions from the many brands it distributes - including Jands, Chroma-Q, GLP, Spotlight, Shure, Sennheiser, Prolyte, Litec, Columbus McKinnon, Green Hippo and many more.

Staff from AC-ET's specialist sales divisions will be on hand to discuss the company's one-stop service, which includes a stockholding of new and used equipment encompassing over 200 brands, one of the industry's largest custom colour filter and cable manufacturing facilities, product servicing and repairs, and a round the clock emergency delivery service during evenings and weekends.

As the exclusive UK supplier for Chroma-Q, AC-ET's Lighting division officially launches the new Studio Force V (Variable white 2,900K - 6,000K CCT) and Studio Force D (Daylight white 6,000K CCT) white LED fixtures.

The new models utilise the same core technologies as the popular Chroma-Q Color Force RGBA LED range also on display, which includes 1.2m (48") and 1.8m (72") battens, and a 300mm (12") multi-purpose version that is ideal for floor, wall or truss mounting. The models provide power across the spectrum, from deep cold blues to red hot lava and super soft pastel looks all from a single fixture.

Also featured from Chroma-Q is the Color Block 2 multi-purpose fixture, as well as a selection of colour changers, gobo rotators and other accessories from the brand's Legacy product range.

The new Vista v2 software for the whole Jands Vista range of lighting and media controllers will be featured. Vista version 2 offers simple command line control of dimmers with basic split cue times, right up to powerful consistent control of dimmers, moving lights, multi-cell LEDs, and media servers, with timing control of every detail of every fixture in every cue.

The stand will also feature the recently launched GLP Impression Spot One - a high power, fully featured LED spot fixture which is available exclusively from AC-ET in the UK and Ireland - as well as Robe's Robin 600 LEDWash moving light.

From Spotlight, AC-ET will preview the new Midi LED Zoom RGBW 200W fixture and White LED Fresnel models. Also featured is the Midi LED Zoom RGBW 100W and the Spotlight range of pole operated fixtures.

With the 'digital switchover' fast approaching, the A.C. Audio section of the booth is focussed on a selection of Channel 38 compliant wireless products from premium brands Shure and Sennheiser.

Sennheiser's very latest Channel 38 wireless mics - the 2000 series - is featured, along with their G3 Evolution in ear monitoring system, both popular solutions for stage and theatrical productions.

Shure's SLX wireless systems offer quick and easy set-up and fabulous audio quality. Supplied with a selection of accessories, the product is installation-ready out-of-the-box and can be combined with Shure microphones for a tailored solution.

With exclusive UK distribution for brands including Litec, XLNT and Kinesys, and selected distribution for many more, the A.C. Rigging division will showcase the latest technology from Columbus McKinnon Lodestar electric chain hoists, A.C. Rigging's own Pickle motor control handset range and reliable and cost-effective motor control options from Out Board and XLNT.

Manual lifting equipment like Tractel's 250 Kg mini hand chain block and manual winches from Pfaff Silberblau will be prominent, and for accurate load monitoring, the Kinesys Libra Loadcell (wired) and BroadWeigh (wireless) load monitoring systems will be shown.

The stand itself will be constructed from Litec's QX30S trussing and Prolyte's H30V trussing will be utilised in conjunction with their X-base, compact base support for truss towers. Portable staging and decking products will include Prolyte's StadeDex system and Litestructures' LiteDeck.

A full range of PPE equipment is highlighted, plus other rigging accessories like the Leica Geosystems
