The change of venue follows Westminster School's purchase of Lawrence Hall from the Royal Horticultural Society.
UK - For 2012, the ABTT Theatre Show is moving to the 'Old Truman Brewery' a new venue for the event, located in the heart of a thriving and booming creative community in East London. The organisers say: "The move is in keeping with the creative and artistic roots of theatre and the ethos of the annual ABTT Theatre Show."

The 'Old Truman Brewery' where the ABTT Theatre Show 2012 will be staged on 13-14 June, is already home to art, design and fashion shows. It was created from the regeneration of 10 acres of once vacant and derelict buildings on the former brewery site and is also placed central to one of London's most exuberant and eclectic shopping and dining districts.

Event organiser Roger Fox explains: "Theatre people need to communicate face-to-face in a relaxed environment. In fact, the convivial atmosphere became so successful in the early days of the Theatre Show that the bar ran out!" He continued: "As many visitors to the ABTT Theatre Show know well, at the previous venue in Victoria we had grown to three halls on two sites in a mainly residential area, so we are delighted to have discovered a venue which fits the style of the event, on a single site with lots of room for future expansion, and with plenty going on nearby."

Drawing on the heritage of the ABTT Theatre Show, the Old Truman Brewery offers a perfect home for a show that continues to welcome the new, creative and innovative in a non-intimidating setting. Just a few stops on the London Underground from Central London and a short walking distance from both Underground and over-ground rail stations, and conveniently placed for London City Airport.
