The agreement sees Epson’s installation projectors added to mclcreate’s already extensive portfolio of hire supplies
UK - Epson and mclcreate have announced a UK wide partnership in the projection rental market. The agreement sees Epson’s installation projectors added to mclcreate’s already extensive portfolio of hire supplies which include audio systems and camera kit as well projection solutions.
The agreement currently includes Epson’s EB-L000 series of laser projectors, specifically the EB-L1405U and EB-L1505U, which are ideal for the live events and installation market thanks to their innovative laser light source.
A culmination of extensive research, development and testing, the EB-L1000 series of projectors marked Epson’s move into a new era of installation projection. With game-changing laser technology and a range of flexible features they offer a minimal fuss and an almost no maintenance solution. The range allows rental companies as well as visitor attractions, digital signage companies, higher education establishments and corporates the ability to deliver powerful, superior-quality presentations.
Neil Colquhoun, executive director for Professional Displays, Epson Europe, comments: “With our expanding range of professional installation projectors, we have a very compelling portfolio for the fixed install, rental and live events markets. mclcreate played a large part in the development of our projectors by providing us with feedback over the last five years which we have listened to and have refined our projectors to suit the needs of our customers.
“mclcreate has been providing technical solutions for the events market for over 25 years and is therefore well placed to deliver our products to the rental market and expand our foothold in this difficult sector.”
Epson also recently worked with mclcreate on the company’s award winning stand at this year’s ISE exhibition in Amsterdam, to show projection mapping on a Mercedes AMG Petronas Motorsport Formula One car, and at its European partner event at The National Maritime Museum.
Tim Spencer, managing director at mclcreate, adds, “We are delighted that our conversations with Epson have evolved into a strategic business partnership. As live events experts, we offer the opportunity to showcase Epson installation projectors to the pro-AV channel in ways that focus attention on the impressive performance capabilities of the products in a perfect showcase environment.
“These demonstrations not only inspire Epson dealers with complete confidence but challenge them to think creatively about their own solutions for customers when deploying Epson projectors. Our partnership is a natural fit.”
