Brompton Technology’s presentation is spread across four zones
Spain - Visitors to Brompton’s stand 3A750 in Multi-Technology Hall 3 will experience different zones, each highlighting key features tailored to Touring & Live Events, Broadcast, Fine Pixel Pitch Installation, and Virtual ProductionAdditionally, there will be an exclusive preview of its upcoming Gen 3 8K processing range
The Touring & Live Events demo zone will feature an Absen PL1.9 LED wall, allowing attendees to experience the latest Tessera hardware and software solutions, which have long been the industry choice for providing a reliable and robust toolkit for live events and touring productions, offering easy setup and limitless creative possibilities.
Moving to the Fine Pixel Pitch zone, a Leyard ultra-fine 0.9mm pixel pitch LED screen will demonstrate Brompton’s suitability for fixed installation fine pitch applications, such as corporate meeting rooms, museums, lobbies, and flagship stores needing the highest image quality. Brompton’s Dynamic Calibration, a key enabler for Brompton HDR, ensures maximum visual performance, protecting investments in high-quality fine-pitch LED walls.
To complete this section, attendees can get a preview of Brompton’s upcoming integration with Q-SYS, a widely used platform from QSC to remotely monitor and control audio and video systems. “It introduces advanced reporting and control features, creating a comprehensive solution for high-specification LED video installations,” explains Cesar Caceres, product lead at Brompton. “With simple configuration and setup, this powerful combination brings together our world-class quality, reliability and extensive feature-set with the industry-leading capabilities of Q-SYS to meet the needs of even the most demanding applications.”
The Broadcast zone will highlight Brompton’s suite of features supporting broadcast and XR workflows. An AOTO RM2.3 LED wall will be used to show features such as ShutterSync and Frame Remapping, along with the debut of Dark Time Insertion, designed to reduce motion blur in fast moving content, which is particularly helpful in simulator or esports applications.
Dries Vermeulen, Brompton’s business development manager Europe, notes, “Dark Time Insertion is extensively used in consumer displays, especially for gamers, but has also been requested for several other applications, such as 3D setups and simulation. This feature makes it possible to insert some dark time in the frame period, significantly enhancing the overall visual experience.”
In the Virtual Production zone, Brompton will showcase its TrueLight technology in a dedicated photo booth, providing guests with a hands-on experience of this game-changing innovation. TrueLight is already integrated with ROE Visual Carbon 5 RGBW panels and more recently with INFiLED’s new Studio AR series panels. These are being used to demonstrate the technology in the photo booth, and can also be seen in action in a larger demo setup on the INFiLED stand 3C100. The Brompton team will also conduct regular presentations on TrueLight on both the INFiLED (3C100) and AOTO (3D22) stands.
“We are excited to be back in Barcelona for ISE2024 and are looking forward to welcoming what’s set to be a record-breaking number of visitors,” concludes Vermeulen. “Brompton is truly redefining possibilities and setting the stage for the future of LED experiences with an impressive lineup of LED video processing solutions at this year’s show. In addition to showcasing some exciting new products and solutions on our own stand, we are delighted that 18 partners at the show have chosen to use our processing to power their incredible LED setups, further underscoring the industry's confidence in our processing technology.”
