UK - Academy Music Group (AMG) has announced its plans for a major redevelopment of The Zodiac, Oxford from mid-May 2007. The company is investing £2m into the refurbishment to create a new multi-site venue that will re-launch in September 2007.

The four-month redevelopment programme will see the total building capacity increase to 1,150 (from the former 750) following the purchase of the adjacent retail outlet.
