iPlayer 2, the next generation of Color Kinetics’ compact iPlayer show storage and playback device. iPlayer 2 offers eight times the original show storage capacity and multi-show storage. Users may easily select one of eight custom light shows at the push of a button with the optional Controller Keypad, or with Lutron’s GRAFIK Eye, Homeworks Interactive, and RadioRA systems, as well as standard contact-closure keypads.
Color Kinetics is up for two PLASA Awards for C-Splash and the Surround Light Entertainment System. Surround Light adds a whole new dimension to entertainment by combining digital lighting technology with entertainment media. This immersive entertainment environment can be created with Color Kinetics ColorPlay 1.5 authoring software, iPlayer 1.5 playback device, Chromacore-based lights, and ckAmp MP3 music visualization plug-in.
