Showtec elevates Essential Festival

Using Showtec and Infinity fixtures, Matrix Event Support brought the magic to life with their spectacular lighting designs that illuminated both the Main Stage and the Hard Dance Stage.
Commissioned by Heijnens Audio - Light - Vision, Matrix Event Support left festival-goers in awe with their mesmerising lighting design at the festival. The Main Stage, a focal point of the event, was bathed in a vivid spectrum of colours with 50 Showtec Spectral M800 Q4 Tour RGBW LED spots. Sixteen Showtec DWE Audience Blinders and five Showtec Stage Blinder 4 DMX audience blinders were strategically placed, ensuring the audience was part of the visual experience.
The artists’ performances were further elevated with the assistance of 12 Infinity S401 Spot moving heads, adding a layer of spectacle to the show. The programming and operation of these fixtures was flawlessly executed by Jurre Meij.
Not to be outdone, the Hard Dance Stage was a visual spectacle in itself. Matrix Event Support harnessed the power of 24 Showtec Helix S5000 Q4 RGBW LED washers, which delivered vibrant and dynamic lighting effects. Another 24 Showtec DWE Audience Blinders created intense moments of blackout, heightening the energy of the music and captivating the crowd. The choreography of lights on this stage was orchestrated by Fenno Franzen, using the Chimp Tourpack DMX console.
The collaboration between Matrix Event Support and Heijnens Audio - Light - Vision transformed the festival into a sensory wonderland, enhancing the music and creating unforgettable moments for the audience.
