Outline has designed this plug-in for the CATT-Acoustic DLL Directivity Interface (DDI) which, called up by the program when required, offers designers accurate modelling capabilities for complex systems, based on every conceivable VLA configuration of elements from the Butterfly range, including a combination of Hi-Pack and Low-Pack units.
Results achieved by the DLL, based on proprietary modelling techniques for the simulation of linear rather than single-point sources, have been carefully checked by means of measurements carried out and via BEM simulation with Matlab. The new DLL will be released by CATT.
