The plans for the new office included 30 meeting rooms and two all-hands meeting rooms
UK - Gamesys London, an international online gaming operator, wished to modernise and collaborate in their office space. The plans for the new office included 30 meeting rooms and two all-hands meeting rooms, as well as corporate messaging throughout the building.
Everything had to be compatible with Gamesys' existing platforms and programmes. They required a dependable and experienced partner who could collaborate with them throughout the construction process, deliver high-quality products and services, and meet their deadlines.
Marquee One, a company that provides audio-visual solutions to various industries, was recommended by a previous client who had worked with director of Marquee One, Luke Nowacki.
Marquee One created a variety of audio-visual solutions for Gamesys London, including video conferencing and collaboration systems for all meeting rooms, enabling seamless communication and interaction across their global offices.
Twenty Philips 55BDL4550D screens, with built-in media players, were used for digital signage to display corporate messaging and company stats and metrics.
Further to this, the Sony FWD-55BZ40, FWD-65BZ40, and FWD-100BZ40 were selected for the two 'all hands' meeting spaces, along with an Absen 165" 1.9MM LED wall, created an immersive and engaging experience for their presentations and events.
The new audio system used Sennheiser speech line microphones, which are wireless, flexible and simple to use, to ensure that the speech was clear and audible.
Q-SYS core, a powerful and scalable platform that integrates audio, video, and control, processes and manages the audio signals.
The sound was reinforced with Bose pendant loudspeakers. The result was a high-quality and reliable audio system that enhanced communication and collaboration among staff.
Furthermore, Cat6A cabling was included for every desk and AV position, ensuring fast and reliable connectivity. This advancement "future proofs" Gamesys' cabling infrastructure, ensuring it can handle higher data transfer rates and thus allowing for future growth.
The project took nearly a year to complete, with the Marquee One team on site every day during this time.
Sherrine Macleod-Brown, director of workspace experience and facilities at Bally’s Interactive said: "We had the pleasure of working with Marquee One for our large office fit out project, and we couldn't have been more impressed with their expertise and level of service. From start to finish, they demonstrated a deep understanding of our audiovisual needs and delivered a solution that perfectly aligned with our requirements. Throughout the installation process, Marquee showed great attention to detail and professionalism.”
