SHoW DMX Vero Net is an outdoor wireless DMX Transceiver
USA - City Theatrical will be launching new products and services for the architectural lighting world at LightFair International 2012 in Las Vegas on 9-11 May 2012.

Two new products join the SHoW DMX Neo wireless DMX product family and will be seen at LightFair for the first time. SHoW DMX Vero Net is an outdoor wireless DMX Transceiver in a NEMA 4 / IP66 rated enclosure that accepts all major entertainment Ethernet protocols including sACN, Art-Net, Kinet, and Pathport. SHoW DMX Vero is a smaller version of the product that accepts DMX input only.

Wireless DMX is often used in outdoor architectural lighting installation to light buildings, bridges, monuments, and other objects when running data cable is difficult or too expensive.

These two new products join the indoor SHoW DMX Neo Transceiver and Receiver, are compatible with them, and are the latest innovations in City Theatrical's 10 years of wireless DMX development and manufacturing.

SHoW DMX Neo features the extremely high data fidelity that the multi-award winning SHoW DMX is famous for, as well as fast 7ms latency, ensuring that wired and wireless DMX sources will appear exactly the same. All SHoW DMX Neo products including SHoW DMX Vero and Vero Net feature the ability to optimize control of output power, full or limited bandwidth broadcast, and the ability to broadcast less than the full DMX packet to shrink the radio footprint.

SHoW DMX Vero Net includes an RDM controller provided with the transceiver which allows anyone to monitor RDM devices from a remote computer anywhere in the world, perform all radio setup functions, and to check RDM responder functions such as Receiver signal strength, change DMX addresses, respond to sensors, and any other RDM functions that are supported by any manufacturer's equipment on the system.

An OEM version of SHoW DMX Neo is available to enable any lighting manufacturer to easily and inexpensively add wireless DMX and RDM to their products, says the company.
