The Dynacord Road Show recently visited four Russian cities
Russia - The Dynacord Road Show recently visited four Russian cities, the first, the nation's capital, Moscow, being followed by Rostov on Don, Samara and St Petersburg in that order, with some 200 dealers and pro audio professionals participating.

In addition to detailed product demonstrations - featuring, inter alia, the Corus Evolution loudspeaker series and the PowerMate3 - the Russian Dynacord partner Dealer Centre conducted seminars offering tips and tricks designed to simplify and enhance the day-to-day work of those in the industry. Opportunities for discussion are another important element of the Road Show concept, so time was set aside for detailed consideration of the needs of, and questions posed by, individuals attending the events.

"The tour was highly successful," reports Natalia Petrukhina, Dealer Centre's marketing manager. "In view of the fact that those attending were absolute experts, who followed the demonstrations with trained and critical ears, the outstanding response to the systems demonstrated was extremely gratifying and indicated the enormous potential of Dynacord in the Russian market."

Along with the PowerMate3, it was the Corus Evolution series that most impressed Russian experts, according to Petrukhina. "The concept of compact, reliable and powerful loudspeaker systems representing outstanding value for money found unhesitating acceptance in all four cities."

The response to the road show was so positive that plans are already being made to repeat the exercise. In the spring, it is planned to visit cities in the Urals, whilst the names of various Siberian conurbations have already been pencilled into the calendar for the summer months.
