ETC's dealers and distributors from across northern Europe at the first ETC Masters training session in Finland
Belgium - ETC's northern region is set to hold its second Masters training session for dealers and distributors in Belgium in the new year, concentrating on entertainment control systems.

ETC Masters is a series of training sessions developed for all distributors and dealers which gets together three times a year to share their experiences and learn from ETC staff. ETC's regional manager for northern Europe Tim Stokholm explains, "We work hard to ensure our customers get the best possible support from ETC. The most effective way of doing that is with an effective and knowledgeable dealer and distributor network.

"As ETC products become more powerful, they grow increasingly complex; by inviting so many of our colleagues together at once, not only can they learn from us, but they can also discuss solutions to some of their biggest challenges.

"It also gives our dealers an opportunity to tell us what feedback they've been receiving from their customers. We send that back to our development and marketing teams, helping us to continuously improve our products and services."

The successful first meeting in autumn was hosted in Finland by distributor Studiotec in Helsinki, and focused on Unison Paradigm and Unison Mosaic systems, looking not only at ETC system specific topics, but also the powerful tools that Unison offers in terms of integration with third party products.

"Bringing together so many people from different 12 countries was no easy logistical exercise," says Stokholm. "But we received some fantastic feedback from the delegates. Customers are already benefitting, seeing some of the ideas we discussed being put into practice."
