UK - Lincolnshire loudspeaker manufacturer, Logic Systems is to embark on a product development programme that will “compete with the best products in the global marketplace”.
The company’s factory in Gainsborough has been joined by experienced systems specialist Ivor Green, who will oversee the current development programme in order to ensure that new products perform to the highest standards with good long-term reliability.
“We’ll utilise the latest technology in a range of newly-developed products launched progressively over the next six months,” says general manager Mickey Edwards, “with the design of new loudspeaker drivers producing high levels of performance.
“Our new enclosure ranges will result in loudspeaker products that offer performance innovations among the best available in the world marketplace.”
The first introduction is the recently announced installation range, the Ci Series, and this will be followed by products that increase capability to cover medium and large-scale sound system installations.
“We will be launching two new ranges of line source loudspeakers together with new low frequency enclosures to complement these. Ivor and the development team will ensure our new products perform to the highest standards with good long-term reliability.”
The new Ci Series is the result of extensive collaboration with installation contractors and consultants. The cabinets have been designed for ease of installation and a quality of sound and build not normally available at the products price point.
Angled backs combined with dedicated yoke brackets allows compact installations, close to walls and ceilings. They’re available in two standard cabinet colours, black and white, but there are options to opt for custom colours.
