The LEDHead EPW is a combination effect, wash and spot luminaire
UK - MilTec (UK) is expanding the product catalogue for their MT Professional Audio and MT Lighting ranges. Technical director Graham Gosden has been using his years of industry experience to design and develop new products for the increasingly demanding professional audio and lighting markets.

The Pro Audio catalogue sees the introduction of a new medium throw PA system, the HLP1, which includes a 700W, three-way mid/top cabinet and the new DNP26 network processor.

Also on display will be the MZ31 installation mixer. This 1U high mixer has three switchable inputs and one stereo output.

The lighting section will be utilising the latest developments in LED technology for both wash and spot applications. High output combined with low power consumption mean that these units can now be used for large professional applications that would have been impossible only a year ago. The LEDHead Batten2 and PAR144Q both use 8Watt quadcolour LEDs and are suitable for use on large cycloramas and stage sets.

A new LED moving head will also be on show. The LEDHead EPW is a combination effect, wash and spot luminaire with a 60W white LED and 8x 9Watt tricolour LEDs.

MilTec is adding to the range of wireless DMX uplighters with the DLite6000. Big brother to the DLite 3000, it uses 36x 3W tricolour LEDs and is suitable for lighting architectural structures as well as stages and conference sets.

PLASA also sees the launch of MilTec's LED video tape, a flexible system for small scale graphics and video displays. MilTec will be on stand number 1-F1.
