We believe our experiences working alongside Aggreko on London 2012 enabled us to gain sound knowledge of their equipment and day-to-day practices which has undoubtedly stood us in good stead for this contract.

"As a company we endeavour to maximise local employment and training opportunities to leave a lasting legacy - 85% of staff on London 2012 contracts were employed from host boroughs - and we are keen to replicate this on the Commonwealth Games. To achieve these opportunities, we have opened a dedicated office in Glasgow to deal with recruitment, training and accreditation and hope this will be a springboard towards further work in Scotland."
