John Hayes MP (Minister of State for Further Education, Skills and Lifelong Learning) will be the keynote speaker, and he will be joined by some of the most influential figures from the creative and cultural sector.
The conference will be held at Salford's iconic venue The Lowry on Tuesday 6 and Wednesday 7 March.
