ETC's SmartModule 2 will have its first major UK outing at this year's ABTT in London
UK - ETC's SmartModule 2 will have its first major UK outing at this year's ABTT in London's Royal Horticultural Halls. SmartModule 2 brings portable, compact and affordable dimming solutions to any venue and can be wall mounted, hung on a pipe or placed on the floor. Museums, schools and small touring shows can now have professional quality dimming with a small price tag, says the company.

Designed as part of ETC's Smart Solutions range of portable dimming and control, SmartModule2 doesn't require any complicated setup - just plug in and go! Available with either four or six 2.3kW dimmer modules as standard, both are available with CEE 16A, Schuko, NF (French) and UK15A sockets; the six-dimmer module is also available with six-circuit multi-pin outlets.

Also on display will be the latest additions to the ETC Selador series of LED fixtures - Vivid Fire and Vivid Ice. Fire burns with an unequalled light intensity across the warm red-orange-yellow palette, while Ice offers brilliant, soulful shades of blue. The new and improved Vivid-R will also be on show - a luminaire which produces 50% more light than before while consuming 10% less power.

Featuring the patented x7 Color System, the five different models in the Selador range produce a light and colour quality that conventional LED systems cannot duplicate, says the company. This system produces bright broad-spectrum whites and intense colours equally well, rendering pigments and skin tones in a far more natural way.

The latest software developments in the Congo and Eos family of control desks will also be available for demonstration. Product managers Sarah Clausen and Anne Valentino will be on hand on both days of the exhibition to show visitors all the newest features of both desks.
